Unmitigated Moments Poem by JoAnn McGrath

Unmitigated Moments

Mere sheer moments
Out and out spent
Left in fragments

Not lessened softened or eased
Time teased and seized
Left displeased

Left discontent
Heavy as cement
unmitigated moments

JoAnn in a time of uncertainty these moments seem to slip in for different cracks within our walls. We must wade them out the best we can unto sanity is restored again. Another heartfelt and thoughtful poem. Thanks for sharing it my friend. David

And thus.......the cement walls as protective boarders....another sad, well written heart felt write...You're not alone in these thoughts....some would say, , , , , 'Just Smile.' and get out the fly swatter in our minds and swat away........marci.xo
