Unnamed Confusion Poem by Danielle Schneider

Unnamed Confusion

Rating: 4.0

If I laid down to die,
Would you notice?
Would you care?

If I stopped all this pain,
If I just slipped away,
Would you cry?

If I pushed aside my life,
Would you pull me back?
Could you let me go?

If I gave up on the world,
Would you give me hope?
Would you show me love?

Can you help me remember how to love?
Will you help me remember how to laugh?
Could you sit here long enough?

So much pain in so little time,
It's so hard to remember the good,
But with you by my side, I'm okay.
Will you stay with me?

A/N: ..sorry, it's strange I know, but it's been a confusing time lately, and this is just so perfect to sum everything up. Thanks
