Unparalleled Joy Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Unparalleled Joy

Observing a lovely butterfly flying effortlessly
I think to myself, that's the way I want to be...
Free from gravity that plummets dreams down
Having a perspective that views only beauty

Drawn to multitudes of rainbow flowers
each one as beautiful as the one before
Possessing boundless energy that keeps
wings fluttering… eager to explore

Butterflies venture beyond limiting boundaries
They wander… spreading joy to all who see
Each day is spent sharing in nature's splendor
They know so much more than you or me
