Desires wander and wonder into reality

Feeling through what intimacy will bring

Past tastes of the forbidden

Arouse vivid pictures of promise

stamped authoritatively in deception



Beauty is drenched in mud

Immoral lust is exalted as the path to certification

and the stamp of human approval is made passport to glory

difficulty sits below preference while compromise is exhalted



Penury calls out at beauty at heart

frustration claims the right to the souls of the just

Parents pity their offprings that affirm righteousness

for the walk and work ahead is double dipped in tempestuousness



Many with discernment choose to stay plugged into adulteration

surrogates around inviting false perfection

Appearance rides simplicity like a horse

Leaves the horse brutally loyal despite maltreatment, malnutrition et al

Takes the fame and poses amicably as if firmly knit with its horse



Its all lie

Until there is love to allow simplicity be

to accommodate truth for its identity

and let beauty uniquely shine in its varied form

to pay work and effort accordingly

to seek reward deserving its award

Until love brews romance

and knit the friction in compact togetherness

when we see life as an avenue to be an example

not crush and leave a negative impact

when life is respected and admired and prayed for whatever form it exists in

and the competition is between honesty and justice

until there is LOVE in purest state

the plough on deck should be refining the love available

not burying it with layers of counterfeit

Until there is LOVE, the world will be starved of reality and more
