why cant we stay this way
with you lying next to me
so we are together the whole day
and we can let our love be

please stay by my side
when i feel all alone
so i dont have to hide
and be all on my own

tell me the true way
that you feel in my heart
and kiss me the way
that will show all your love and not part

follow your heart and not just your head
then maybe you can get me to bed
let me show you that you can love
and how it feels to fly on the wings of a dove
