Unwritten Poem by Brian Roe

Unwritten

Rating: 5.0

We are still so unwritten…
Thoughts on a page communicated by time and touch
gentle hands, a burning kiss, a loving embrace;
fleshy notes slowly brought together.
A jigsaw heart and a patchwork soul
a piece here… enduring threads tighten,
a piece there… to loves mooring taught together,
a page emerges adding to a living tome.
It's story few have read, as it is unfished,
a beauty unseen, as it is exclusive,
it is envied, as few have known it.
One a page, one the pen, in turn
moments, touch, and words
life's narrative forms.
