upon me is a name,
One I have no wish to bare,
People will be blind
for the name is always there,
A burden to be with me,
scarred upon my skin,
it doe's not do me justice,
For what am I within?
A man? a woman?
it's just a rightful claim,
Why thrust upon me horrors and torment my mind with shame.
Tags, names and labels that cast me to the wall,
No longer shall i shudder or my resistance to you fall.
For I am whatever I want to be,
it's our right to social inclusion,
It's our right to our own recovery.
