Urgency Non-Moving Poem by Francisco Reichd'Almeida

Urgency Non-Moving

Rating: 3.0

It has become
Absolutely urgent
To listen attentively
To peoples' Eyes

Hear me out
They exist in a modal perception
They change the light of fear
The existence of moving
And grow by the hour
Bear no prägnanz
No order of things
No Mûnch cry
Not even lies inside
No clout
No angst
No size
And no color
They are merely sentient
They barely look at us
Adequately bovine
Aqueous and sour
Irrevocably lenient
In their approach
Immobile as trees
Intent in saying nothing

It has become
Absolutely urgent
To listen attentively
To peoples' Eyes

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Sitting in their ocular adnexa there are more than 12 billion human eyes either daily awakening on one side or on both. They appear as if they are going to sleep on a regular basis but on a closer look they are probably blind.

Interesting and thoughtful lines to begin with Absolutely urgent To listen attentively To peoples' Eyes This was a nice experience for me Dr. Sir. It really made me think before I read Poet's Note. I liked the words used with deep meanings. Nice Work.,

Ah, This one makes great sense. I see that you have not yet grasped the fun of commenting. I am sure you will but one must be selective. Read mine - Who Am I - Adeline

May the people see what is happening on earth: let them have sight for that. Nice poem
