Utopia To Me - Poem by Edwina Reizer

That Utopia of all, that Eden place
is beyond my eyes I fear.
I can only look and concentrate
on places that are here.
I cannot dwell on a fantasy land
that is too far away.
I can only focus intently with eyes
that see what is today.

But because I can't imagine it
does not mean it's not there.
And I'm sure if I ever encountered it
there's nothing that would compare.
And what would Utopia and Eden be?
It would be gardens of music
sweet love and poetry.
I would be immersed in all of it
and pray that I could be
sharing it with you, my love
throughout eternity.
