Vanishing Perfection Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Vanishing Perfection

Crystals of hexagonal designs
Appear high above the frozen ground
Anxiously floating to flock the pines
Cloaking the slopes without a sound

A finger-touched snowflake is perceived
Perfectly fashioned…uniquely formed
Radiating branches laced with leaves
Vanishing with a whisper when warmed
