Why did I meet you?
And why did I hear you recite?
Now I can’t dream,
Nor can I fight.

Your poem haunts me,
Follows me to my deepest dungeons.
I run but I can’t hide,
It catches me and makes me cry.

I am afraid, afraid to die.
Oh my soul snatcher,
Don’t leave now my corpse behind.

Once a warrior I was,
Now a shadow have I become.
I implore you,
Resurrect me.
Let me be drown in the depths of your poem,
One last time,
One last time.
