Everything in the universe has vibration
Rocks, trees, plants, minerals, animals, foods
There are no exceptions
A rock may have a low dense vibration
But an apple has much higher of it
Eating nutritious food is necessary
but eating fruits in it's original form
more important.


Vedic mantas also create vibration
if properly chanted
and cures many diseases of human body
modern science talks about
sound therapy and vibration
in recent days
but Indian saints invented it
in vedic period.

If only 'OM' is chanted in right manner
21 times daily at dawn
it will cure many critical diseases
by the created vibrations
in the body
and this is the secret of good health
of spiritual India
from several thousand years.
