How evil is evil if always misunderstood?
A heart that's been shattered, a heart that's been bruised.
No story will end with the villain triumphant;
The princess is rescued, the tale is redundant.
From tricksters to beasts to witches and monsters,
They're labeled as thieves, the worst of imposters.
Their side of the story has never been told;
A Prince in an Armor is the tale we've been sold.
All the neglect, the shame, and the pressure
Is masked through resentment, envy, and pleasure.
Their dreams and desires are always forgotten,
Because the apple was poisoned, the apple was rotten.
Beauty is subjective, beauty is inside;
Then why did a mirror destroy all her pride?
Willing to trade her tail for two feet,
While she had to struggle through all the mistreat.
Magic and fairies and happy endings,
Their voice is unheard, their version‘s still pending.
