Virgin Marriage
Liza, the wife of John.
filed for a divorce,
John wanted to stay a virgin,
and she obviosly not.
'That is the will of God,
that I should remain a virgin'.
and the judge became blind
after dispute with John of Kronstadt,
And judge returned him back,
gave them no divorce.
And he regained eyesight,
as wonder of God.

на развод подавала.
Он сохранял девственность,
а она это не приветствовала.
Это же воля Бога,
чтобы я таким оставался. -
судья ослеп на два глаза
после диспута с Иоанном.
Он вызвал его обратно,
и не позволил развод.
и как после чуда, внезапно
снова стал видеть он.
And judge returned him back, gave them no divorce. And he regained eyesight, as wonder of God. thanx for sharing with us

In Roman Catholicism priestly celibacy is mandatory for all priests. But in Russian Orthodox Faith a priest can marry OR choose celibacy. But in your poem the priest marries, then later tells his wife he want their marriage to be non-sexual. Is that fair on his part? Is he not acting only for himself? And going back on his promise for them to husband and wife; they agreed to a sexual union not a virgin marriage. It's a vexed issue and I don't know how it should be resolved. This exact thing happened in Gandhi's life: he decided after some twenty years of marriage to become celibate and told his male colleagues but not his wife. She was crushed, felt humiliated that he did not confide in her first.
