Vision Poem by Corvette Nezumi Mikazuki

Vision

I walk
Blocking out the word with the sound of others screaming
I wish
Locking everything deep inside without a speck of light
I dream
Believing in a fantasy that exists only in my mind
I seek
Searching for answers that wonder within oblivion

The world surrounded by the deaf
No-one listening to the screams of the children

A wish with no hope
Wishes are empty hopes never to come true

Dreaming of a world
Sufferless and accepting to everyone
Dreams reside only in my dull head

Seeking for the truth
Answers which no-one can find
Creeping the abyss no-one dares enter

A world with children screaming, calling for help
Everyone deaf to the sounds of the children
A wish for a new world
A dream with understanding and acceptance
A endless search
Seeking the missing pieces to the perfect puzzle

Everything is so dark and helpless
Never to come true
Empty

A vision of a perfect world
A world which will never exist
A dream many wish for
But no-one willing to search for it…
