Voltage Heart Poem by April Humason

Voltage Heart

Don't let the shadow of the dragon move you.
It bends beside what God has made—
a hollow echo of His light,
but never alive.

Your heart is voltage, not vapor.
Corded to the King,
wired by grace,
lit by obedience.
When He speaks, the current hums;
when you follow, heaven flows.

Stay grounded in His order.
The shadow only flickers
where hearts unplug from truth.
But you—
you are a conduit of mercy,
a living wire of holy fire.

The dragon's hiss can't cross this circuit—
your power source is the Lamb.
You were reconnected at the cross,
and the spark still carries His Name.

So hold the charge.
Let love be your signal,
and faith your steady flame.
You are Voltage Heart—
alive with Heaven's energy,
glowing through the dark.
