Waiting - Poem by Jon Edward Walker

there’s something funny
tingling it's way around my brain
I think it might be god
or my soul.
It too is tired,
together
we go on waiting
for what I know will come

I like the calm surety in this poem. It's like you know exactly what th soul has been missing. Well done. (Report) Reply
