I Wish you could be here with me
To hold my hand close to your chest
And wrap me tight in your arms!

I Wish you could be here with me
To walk through the valley
And up to the brooks!

I Wish you could be here with me
To share my dreams
To build our castle!

I Wish you had never abandoned me
Or gone away far from me
Leaving me all alone in this life! !
