Moving to balance

Foot aligned to move

Slide forward without shifting

Placed down without weight

Center move forward

Balanced flows centered

Weight shifts smoothly

Foot to foot

Arms not swing

Counter not needed

All done in center

All in balance

Smooth dance

Of power

All in control

Step by step

Balance center control
