Walk Poem by William Kofoed

Walk

Rhythmic motion draws my eyes

Of long gentle curves flowing shapes

Gathering tight and then gliding loose

While slowly swaying side to side

While above curves in counter point move

All in balanced sliding dance

The graceful movement calls to me

A sweet desire in me moves

Longing for to fallow after

Hoping to join in to the dance

Fusing our two moves together

Going onward thru the night
