War. Poem by Emma Jane Rae

War.

Another bomb on another town,
bullets and misiles are raining down,
sirens whaling,
people crying,
buildings demolished,
and foreigners sighing,
images in papers,
pictures on the news,
waiting for a country,
to win or loose,
windows shattered,
dreams get smashed,
streets get wrecked,
houses are trashed,
women look for their loved one's,
a mother for her child,
distant images,
terrorists run wild,
tear stained faces,
rubble on the ground,
fighting and tourture,
the only suround,
you can not escape,
you can not break free,
loss of life is all you can see,
refugees and people so poor,
devistation,
the victims of war!

Been there, done it, and got the T shirt. That sounds like the kind of war I remember. well done.
