Warrant Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Warrant

Warrant

Neither was innocent
And many disliked the
Dying one under boot
Of another cruel…

Hard to choose, taking side
Concerned were observers
To answer: "Who deserves? "

A wave of choking sound
Filled the air, came along
From the fallen one:
"Will kill you…"

Will ever stand up?
