Waves Of Coercion Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Waves Of Coercion

Sadness crawling on hands and knees, tears dropping
incessantly into depths of self-made oceans.
Turbulently exercising their strength in tumultuous
waves of coercion.
Finding many steps taken towards outlying fortresses
of loneliness, walking hand in hand with an
emptiness never thwarted by happiness.
