We Are All Individuals In Truth Poem by Francis Duggan

We Are All Individuals In Truth

You and i see things in ways differently
What is ordinary to you seems amazing to me
We are individuals for want of a better name
How boring we would be if we all were the same
If on everything everyone did agree
How boring indeed us humans would be
We learn from life as we live every day
And we learn from each other does seem true to say
And the more we do learn the more we realize
That we do know so little this is not a surprise
That wisdom does belong to the old to doubt does give rise
Since i have known some young people for to be very wise
You and i look at life in a different way
We are all individuals in truth one can say.
