We have to laugh or else we would cry
We look for the positive or else we would sigh

We smile even though we're in pain
We keep on dancing even though it's in the rain

We maintain the positive when feeling negative
We keep our chins up when staring in the abyss

We seek warmth in a cold reality
We search for joy in a moment of insanity

We remain cheerful although inside we're
Miserable
We have hope although life has burst your bubble

We keep on happy so why so sad
We keep the faith so why are things so bad

We share the love or hate would win
We care for others or humanity would be in the bin

In moments of life we pull together we are the link
In moments of despair we are stronger than we think
