We of the Southern Land
A hardy bunch hand in hand
Together as one you see
For the world can be
Hard to fathom easily
Do you stand together as one
Knowing there dangers yet to come
Or do you stand with other friends
Being strong until the end
For others are envious of us here
And want all that we hold so dear
Our forebears have paid a heavy price for freedom
Standing tall against the foe and we shone
But we needed our friends then
And we'll need them in the end
So we of the Southern land
Stand with friends with joint demands.
