We Shall Hold Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

We Shall Hold

We shall hold

The sun spreads light
For us to perform right
Stay within limit
To maintain brotherhood and greet

It does not differentiate
But alleviates
Sufferings and pain
For all human beings

For centuries, it runs same programme
Natural objects stay with same plan
Whole of the universe is made for us
To live with peace and trust

Let us not spread hatred
But lead
Common march
And preach

At some day
We shall find way
With new emergence of light at heart
We shall hold it

We Shall Hold
