We Were The Perfect Match....Once - Poem by Ted Sheridan

Where there was once a love I shared with you …
There is now only an empty bed made with clean sheets
And fluffy pillow shams the same color as the puffy comforter
They both match the toilet seat cover and the shower curtains
Not to mention the drapes and the doyly on the night table
I don’t miss you at all
