Weekly Routine Poem by Edwina Reizer

Weekly Routine

Now kiss me love before you go
to keep my heart a-glowing.
There's plenty of time and much to do
and buttons that need sewing.
So I shall sweep and wash the floors
and freshen every sheet.
When you bring your paycheck home
our lips again will meet.
