Weep No More Poem by Edwina Reizer

Weep No More

Rating: 5.0

Weep no more for days all gone.
Let them lay to rest.
Look upon a time to come
when thou will be blessed,
blessed with the fruits of thy labor
that shall bring sweet peace,
blessed with the peace that comes to call
when all troubles cease.

For each of us will be called upon
to attest to all our works.
None will escape the judgement day.
From this we cannot shirk.
So look and see each brand new day
and offer all your best.
For as you give to all you meet
you will know you're blessed.

Weep no more for beauty awaits us all
as sure as is God's breath.
We will count our fruits and make the call
and cast aside our death.
