Weep, Weep And Weep Poem by John Sensele

Weep, Weep And Weep

Love at first sight
The sight of love's might
Can drive you blind
When love steals your mind
Your mind love ensnares
Love sets up snares
Snares in which you fall
Falling daily love you call
Day and night in your plight
Calling love in weakness, in might
The might your greed feeds in secret
The secret you live to regret
If the baddest card you play
Sadness on sleeves you display
Wondering if love in you breathes
Or love strangles your bangle sheathes
Robbing your mind of sleep
Until every night you weep, weep and weep.
