Your poem reminds me of Wordsworth's definition of poetry asemotions recollected in tranquillity
There are sometimes we become so tensed over some issues, and we don't even know who to talk to, even if we know who to talk to, we can't be sure they will believe us or assist us. We end up consoling ourselves by some utopic thoughts or taking solace in an inanimate object close to us. We speak to it but in reality, we are only talking to ourselves...your poem expresses this grief.
your poem suggests how difficult the situation is, to the extent that you don't want people to see your face, seems to me some kind of embarrassment you found yourself in..but I am glad you still have put your hope in God.
