Welcome To Sinclairville Poem by Dharmanand(Raj) Dauhoo

Welcome To Sinclairville

Rating: 5.0

By dusk constrained
With reticence the sun retreated
Its last rays of light put out
Late, the mysterious domain's entrance was reached
Breathless, with closed eyes, I entered
The enchanting song of the heavenly messenger
Woke me up

In an effortless pace
Welcomed, I was, in peaceful silence
A resting place was found
Amidst the vestiges of an abandoned realm
Bearing the eroded words of winds

The forsaken had won a home
Far, far away
In the distant haven of cloudy lands
Among the tranquil silhouettes of placid shadows

The intruding night called me away
Like the fading smile of my ethereal lady
The brought-by-moonlight fairy
Took my hand
We flew for ever
From the sorrowful night to Sinclairville
The kingdom of love.
