I never lied to you,
but I didn't tell the truth,
my tongue gets me into trouble,
and I have found somebody new,

He's everything you never were,
and he seems so real,
I'm not saying this to hurt you,
but to tell you how I feel,

I think you are a liar,
a certain waste of space,
then you went and played with fire,
you were just afraid of change,

so could you return to me my heart,
and all my faith in you,
I'll give you all of your things back,
because this was never true,

Welcome to the world, as you open up your eyes,
no one will hold your hand for long,
say goodbye to me now,
I have never felt so strong.
