West And East Poem by Luo Zhihai

West And East

西東

春來脚浸西湖水
夏去身披東海霞
夢醉西樓吟月亮
情癡東閣賦梅花

West And East

Summer went and I wore a rosy cloud of the East China Sea
Spring came and my feet soaked in the West Lake water
I dreamt and got drunk in the West Tower and chanted moon
I loved and infatuated in the East Attic and painted plum flowers
