What A Scene Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

What A Scene

What a scene

Two almonds on her face
Not yet ripe; still young
Has no nose; just a bud
Her ears are plugged...
One hand is on laptop
Sliding
And one hand under chin
Her fingers reaching lips

In distance; not so far
Man is young, curly hair
Of Yemen; dark skin
Bony face, black eyes
Sharp like cat at the pond
Watching fish; drinks tea

Exam time and Scott
Choking ill; full; crowd
