What Difference Can It Make To Me Here Now/If In Another Universe

What difference can it make to me here now
If in another universe
I am young again
Or what I wanted to be here
And could not be?
What difference does it make
If someone with my name and face
And everything else that is me
Is alive
If I cannot know and be aware
Of all of this?
Possibilities may be a real consolation to some
But I am not one of them
