What God Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

What God

What God

I want to reject God:
"Such being, never was! "

Look around, left and right,
Look at things, how they are,
The trees, seas, and heights,
I feel shocked with Aha,
Bite my lips and jail tongue!

"Lucky you, I cannot! "
I tell them, jaw dropped.

I look at eyelashes,
At skin, and the gut,
To hands, and genitals,
See them like flowers,
Rapidly fade in, out.

Compare them to NASA,
To the things man has done!

Laugh loud like crazy,
Whenever hear the:
"Their work is miracle! "

"For how long have we lived?
Who made world as it is? "
In my head race questions.

Then I look at pictures,
Spent time to take them,
They are parts of nature.

Raising voice, loud, I say:
"These are the miracles! "

Hear of Charles Darwin,
And Freud, scientists:
"Time changed them slowly,
From birth of Big Bang…"

I smile, am deaf, dumb,
Seal and lock all my thoughts:
"This is what I call God!
