Anyone grey to have aged,
And remains unable...
To move their minds away,
From childhood events to sensationalize.
Is not too wise for one to do.
When making believe,
What grown folks see through.
Grown folks who are capable,
To know what is and is not true.
And yet,
What happened but didn't to hear.
To repeatedly listen,
Makes more clear what appears.
No regard for the truth,
Was never there in one's mind...
To have discovered it to occur.
Neither was that tool to use and value.
Resulting in,
An epidemic of accepted immaturity.
To leave today adults difficult to find.
When so many exist,
With senselessness to defend.
While complaining about their children,
More adult and mature...
Than their parents have proven,
To have never been.
