when you called to say
that you miss me
i was learning my importance.

when you invite to meet
that you want to understand
i was earning your trust.

when you explain to questions
that i asked for it
i was appreciating your honesty.

when you like to state
that you long for my love
i was gaining entry into your heart.

when you tell again and again
that you have no life without me
i was returning the same concern.

when you want to posses everything
that you don't have patience
i was valuing my chastity and morality.
