What I See Poem by Serra DeLa Teste

What I See

I see a lot - with my own pair of eyes,
The beautiful trees and the bright blue skies,
Grass are dancing and clouds are swimming,
The wind is, of course, bone-chilling.

There is the flowing river,
as beautiful as silver,
Then here comes the oceans,
with unpredictable motions.

I then see in my city,
Rising buildings so pretty,
Then in the city, I see my home,
The place I go to, after I roam.

Oh how I am so grateful,
To see this world so artful.
With my own pair of eyes,
I see what I see and live wise.
