What if

What if you go away!
without any reason in this way
but i shall stay behind
and find my lovely heaven

it may be your compulsion
or confusion
but I have firm determination
i shall keep up the relation

I don't know what is the cause
but you paused for a while
and expressed inability to go ahead
i was not shaken or remained dead

it may be your thinking
it did not cause me sinking
rather it made me take decision
and therefore raised no question

i saw the face lines
that cleared defined
what was going on in your mind
I could guess and find

there is no question of compromise
when one side the promise was broken
I thought it immediately and the stand was taken
i was not to be broken any more
