What Shall Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

What Shall

Rating: 5.0

I came across note
It was nice quote
“What shall happen’?
If I die all of sudden

I got little laugh
Even though I was tough
I could not stop smiling
As worry too was compiling

Now that question bothered me
As if I was bonded and not free
Yes what if I was to die
I left the question aside and did not try

When person falls sick in old age
Such questions arise in mind
It is frightening too and scares
No one takes it lightly and dares

We can see helplessness
That is visible on face
Everybody knows about mortality
Yet that is cursed to almighty

Well any life has to come to an end
That is reality for foe or friend
No one is certain when it would
But one is always prepared and should
