What Would One Do Really Poem by Phillip Nine Mafunga

What Would One Do Really

When times are cold
Wherein the house feels old
So full of stories but untold
All alone reminiscing of a past but bold
Like an earthen vessel overlain with gold
Casting a shadow of a sallow mold
Whose value is but only when it has been sold
Yes, sometimes are indeed cold
Despite, a smile you can still afford
