Wheels' Revolving Framework Poem by james watkin

Wheels' Revolving Framework

Wheels' revolving framework
What sped for legs, became.
What leapt for, fresh grafted
With Mercury's winged fame.

In spite of each bid to
Outstrip a world of gusts
Is man, chased, hunted down
Of his own earthly lusts.
