When again as lovers we do meet
I will take you to go adventuring
and we will be true, not be indiscreet,
as that is for others their kind of thing

but I will love you again and anew
as your are my heart's delight
and my feelings for you are true
be it in the day or in the night,

together we will laugh and play,
I will be near wherever we do go
and our loneliness will be away
while you I will truly know

to my heart's utter and deepest content
and I will love you without any end.
