<≪≪ When I Am A Tree Poem by Abdul Wahab

<≪≪ When I Am A Tree

Rating: 5.0

The well of oil brings you here
At the door steps right under their nose
Seeing you there sanding and salivating in lust
People are calling you in disgust
What a shameful and greedy man you are! !
Mere presence of you is itself a provocation
And contains the seed of all wars
I say get out from there
And peacefully go to your home
Poking your noses in internal affairs of others
Creates for us a huge problem
For this you may call me
A fundamentalist or a radical
But it works like a root when I am a tree
And when I believe, I believe in full
Accepting some and rejecting few
This adulterous nature is neither
In my blood nor in my dictionary.
