When I Met You - Poem by Moya Staten

When I met you, I didn't know I would see me, my eyes my face, my heart...

When I met you, I felt safe, safe from the world, safe with me..

When I met you our hearts intertwined, for reasons neither of us knows..

When I met you our souls were tied, tied by a Bond we still don't understand..

when I met you, all my fears went away, because I was standing there beside me..

When I met you love became perfect..

when I met you I fell in love with myself, my Soul, my heart... me

I met me when I met you..

Topic(s) of this poem: heart love
