When Media Becomes Excessive Oppressive Poem by Terence George Craddock

When Media Becomes Excessive Oppressive

after the fashion cameras stop clicking
after the studio lights are turned low
after cast directors disappear
after so long with no time;

there is a danger with exhausted
lonely sudden alone time
this is the time when a few sincere friends
fans may make a difference;

when the focal point
of cameras and lens fades
needs just a little quiet

time friend support;
everyone needs
a few precious friends;

sometimes real friends
true friends must will run
to support a friend's needs;
