When The Quarantine Ends Poem by Bidisha Sharaf

When The Quarantine Ends

Rating: 5.0

Can I touch you again when the world is not shut down?

With all my heart, I want those cheeks of yours between my hands.

Touch is the purest form of connection,
if you know how to reach the soul.

Let me touch that heart one more time.

Stick to me, Don't lose your calm, maybe
the world will be a little warm.

We can pass through this.

Hold on a little long,
Trust me with all your heart because the sun will rise again.
